On April 30, 2025, GRandpa Urban Farm team had the opportunity to organize a Microgreen Workshop at Nielsen Thailand.

We conducted a one-hour workshop, providing knowledge about growing microgreens and the nutritional benefits of various types.
Participants also got to taste the microgreens we brought along, including morning glory sprouts, sunflower sprouts, kaiware (radish sprouts), baby greens, red amaranth, green amaranth, pea shoots, wheatgrass, and more — all of which were very well received.

At the end of the session, everyone had a chance to try planting microgreens themselves and took their trays home to continue growing them.
The event was filled with excitement, fun, and enthusiastic learning.
